Frequently Asked Questions

What form of payment do you accept?

Starting this year, all transactions will be cashless due to Covid-19. Please see our Covid-19 policy page or our Cashless Page for more information.

Will I recieve a refund if it rains while I am at Lakeland Ochard & Cidery?

If Lakeland Orchard & Cidery needs to close early due to inclement weather, all orchard guests will be required to leave the orchard. If this happens while you are at the orchard, please stop at the Retail Tent on your way out and we will be happy to give you a rain pass for the 2021 season. You will need to have your wristband on your wrist to exchange for the rain pass. However, no refunds will be given.

Do you have restrooms?

We have port-o-lavs located in several areas around the orchard along with hand washing stations.

Is Lakeland Orchard & Cidery wheelchair accessible?

Our Wagons have wheelchair lifts and some areas of the sunflower park & cider garden have gravel paths but the orchard, sunflower field, & zinnia field are all working farm ground and may be difficult to traverse with a wheelchair.

Can I bring my own food?

Unfortunatley, no. But with so many options from the Orchard Cafe and our Food Truck, we're sure you can find something to fill you up or satisfy your sweet tooth! Even better, if you're looking for a healthy snack, you can pick your own straight from our Orchard!

Are pets allowed at Lakeland Orchard & Cidery?

As much as we love our furry friends, we ask that you leave them at home. However, registered service dogs are always welcome!

What types of apples do you grow?

We grow more than 30 different varieties of apples on 20,000 trees! From sweet to sour you are sure to pick some you will devour. We’ve made a list so you won’t have to remember them all! Check it out here!

Is my Season Pass from Roba Family Farms valid at Lakeland Orchard & Cidery?

Yes! We are family, and you get the perks! Your Season Pass is valid for unlimited admission to the Farm AND the Orchard! Holding a season pass this season also ensures unlimited entry without having to reserve a date and time slot (which day pass holders will have to do this season).

Is Lakeland Orchard & Cidery kid friendly?

Yes, of course! We have a little bit of something for everybody.

How long will the sunflowers last?

While we cannot predict mother nature, but we can tell you that they typically bloom until the middle of October. However, if we get an early frost this season they may leave a little earlier.

What's open on Saturdays and Sundays?

Well that depends when you are planning on making a visit. Check out our calendar here, then be sure to visit our "Things to Do" tab to plan your trip accordingly.

How are you handling Covid-19 at the orchard?

We have policies in place to ensure the safety for both our guests and staff. Please visit our Covid-19 Policy page for more info.
